A new study found elevators might be KILLING us, and not just when they fall.
Researchers looked at the health records of almost half-a-million people. And the ones who regularly opted to take the STAIRS instead of an elevator were far less likely to die young.
It wasn't a small difference either. They were 39% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease, and 24% less likely to die from any cause.
Quote, "Our study suggested that the more stairs climbed, the greater the benefits. [So] whether at work, home, or elsewhere, take the stairs."
